Mangosteen

This fruit can be seen as a kind of round and fleshy capsule. The edible part is white and juicy. Powerful anti-inflammatory, healing and anti-allergic.

Taste: Sweet with a sweet and sour citrus mixture.

They are usually eaten fresh as a dessert. Simply hold the fruit with the stem down, take a sharp knife and cut it in half completely through the crust, and lift the upper half, which leaves the fleshy segments exposed in the colorful “cup” of the lower half of the Cortex. The segments are lifted with a fork.
